All the cake courses are conducted practically inside the classroom using modern techniques and teaching methods.
Our main branch is located at the heart of Maharagama city which is accessible from many other locations in the Western Province. We also have branches located at Colombo 3, Galle and Kandy.
Our team is comprised of talented and professional chefs who are specially trained and individually guided by Mrs Chandima Pitigala. They have have been taken through a special training on teaching methods and other techniques so that our students can be provided with the best education possible.
birthday cake course
The duration of the Cherries Cake Academy birthday cake course is 2 and a half months. The total course fee is Rs.20,000/= and can be paid under two installments. The syllabus covers nearly 40 lessons including cakes, icing varieties, practical lessons and many more important techniques and methods.
All lessons are conducted as practical lessons inside the classroom in which each and every student is personally assisted by Mrs Chandima Pitigala throughout the course.
Students will receive an internationally recognized certificate after completing the course which they can use to start a business, as a qualification for a job or as an added qualification when moving overseas.
